Our campus offers a combination of dorm stays along with private stays, as you saw on our tour. We do have the option to accommodate most of your group in their own rooms if that is desired, and I'm happy to walk through where to best place everyone with you.

Meals

In-house catering

We assume meal service begins with dinner on Monday evening, then three meals a day Tuesday through Thursday, and breakfast and lunch on Friday. If you would like to cook or barbecue some of your own meals, you are welcome to do so.

Catering menu pricing runs between $75 and $150 per person per day, depending on the menu and how often you are eating with us. Your menu is priced from the meals form and replaces the estimate below.

Changes

This quote is based on the dates and availability of our campus. Cancellations are refundable (up to 50%) 60 days out from arrival. Balance can be used to rebook the dates.

Headcount

Final headcount and the dietary list are due [14 days] before arrival.
