This policy explains what information Boulder Creek Retreat & Training Center, operated by Boulder Creek Idaho Property LLC ("Boulder Creek," "we," "us"), collects when you use our website and inquiry forms, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us so we can respond to you, we use it to plan and host your event, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, email, phone number, and the details you share about your event or inquiry (dates, guest count, the occasion, your message).
On calls: if you speak with our team, we record the details of your inquiry and any preferences you share so we do not make you repeat yourself.
Basic technical information: the page you inquired from, so we know which part of the site brought you to us.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and plan or book your event.
To send you confirmations and messages about your inquiry or booking.
To send occasional email updates about Boulder Creek, only if you opted in. Every update includes an unsubscribe link.

Text messages

We only text you if you agreed to it: either by checking a text-message box on one of our forms, or by telling a member of our team on a call. Our forms carry two separate optional checkboxes, one for transactional messages (inquiry, booking, and scheduling updates) and one for marketing messages (occasional property updates and offers). Agreeing to one does not opt you in to the other, and you must be 18 or older to opt in.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Consent to receive texts is never a condition of booking or of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies, tracking, and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

Essential cookies keep pages and forms functioning. The site does not work properly without them.
Analytics tell us which pages people visit and how they found us, in aggregate. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you personally.
Our inquiry forms record which page you inquired from so we know what you were looking at when you reached out.
We do not use cookies to serve you third-party advertising, and we do not sell information gathered through them.

Our service providers are established platforms that maintain their own security programs, and they process your information only on our instructions.
We keep information only as long as we need it, as described below.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Children

Our website and messaging programs are intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our systems: our customer database, our email delivery service, and our text messaging service. They process your information solely to operate those services for us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you would like us to update or delete your information, write to us and we will take care of it.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from email updates with the link in any email.
Stop texts by replying STOP.
Ask us what we have on file, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing events@bouldercreekretreat.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
