These terms cover your use of the Boulder Creek Retreat & Training Center website and inquiry forms. Boulder Creek Retreat & Training Center is operated by Boulder Creek Idaho Property LLC. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry, agree to these terms, or opt in to our text messaging program. By using this site or providing your phone number, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form tells us you are interested and gives us what we need to respond. It does not reserve dates or create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when you have a written agreement with us and any required deposit has been received.

Text message program

If you opt in, Boulder Creek sends text messages about your inquiry and booking: availability, scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups, plus occasional property updates if you agreed to those.

You must be 18 or older to opt in.
Consent is optional and is never a condition of booking or of any purchase.
Transactional and marketing messages are separate opt-ins. Agreeing to one does not opt you in to the other.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (208) 358-9117 or events@bouldercreekretreat.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your information, including the promise that mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing, is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Accurate information

Please give us real contact details and event information. We plan around what you tell us, and wrong information slows everyone down.

Our content

The text, photographs, and design of this site belong to Boulder Creek or its licensors. You are welcome to share links; please do not republish our content as your own.

The site itself

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Dates, rates, and availability shown or discussed are subject to confirmation. To the extent permitted by law, Boulder Creek is not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. Nothing here limits the terms of a signed event agreement, which governs any actual booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

Changes

If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
