Now, summer 2026 (what is real)

• Amanda, Aug 27-30. First facilitated event. Agreement, waiver, and invoice mechanics already proven by hand; this is the proof run for the whole pattern. Cara Chase (Sep 25-27) is rep two.
• Corporate outreach. Corporate retreats are fill priority #1, calendar open through November. [OPEN: outreach list + owner]
• Deposits run 25/50/25 at booking / 30 days / arrival. Decided 7/17; 60 days was too far for this summer. Partner-lane bookings may run their own schedule.
• Pricing as it stands: $800/pp/night is re•world's target for corporate, not a campus-wide floor · ~$950 standard · $1,100+ premium · ~$600/day campus fee · founding-season entry from $600/guest/night. Holds as written until the Adam conversation below.

The entry-level lane (hosted, not facilitated)

Minimum viable events. The team puts them on; no outside facilitator, no retreat programming. Roger's example: bingo + barbecue at the Round Table.

• Purpose: people on the property, campus visible, low lift. Not a revenue play first.

• A. Full campus buyout.
• B. 40+ guests renting the core nicer spaces, catering included, at an efficient price, amenities served without overcrowding.

The sit-down that unblocks the pricing frame. On the table:

• The pricing floor: does $800/pp/night hold.

• Riding along (from the goals doc): dorm pricing per-room vs per-person · the entry-level lane · the ideal-event pick.
