The cancellation and reschedule policy is written in plain words on property expectations: reschedule within 12 months and every payment carries over; cancel within 30 days of arrival and the balance is due unless we rebook the dates. The deposit is non-refundable, because it holds the dates exclusively. Still open: the insurance requirement.
