The one rule
Rate card and day fee: quote away. Retreat rates go through Roger.
Room rates, event spaces, fees, and the $60 per person campus day fee are on the pricing page and safe to quote. Per-person retreat packages and full-campus buyout prices are being calibrated: check first.
Quote from the sheet
These numbers are set. They live on the pricing page.
Rooms and dorms: nightly rates as published. On group bookings, dorms count at the greater of the room rate or the per-person rate ($50 adult / $35 child) when the group fills the beds.
Event spaces: the day-rate ladders for Timberline, Round Table, Boulder Meadows, and the outdoor ceremony.
Campus day fee: $60 per person per day, shaped to the program.
Fees: resort fee $600 per stay, Timberline cleaning $250, kitchen $350 plus $100 cleaning.
Deposits: 25% at booking, 50% at 30 days out, 25% on arrival. The deposit holds the dates.
